Location and Demographics - Rexburg located in the Southeast corner of Idaho is only 25 miles north of Idaho Falls. It has a population of over 25,484 according to the U.S. 2010 census. Madison county has a population of 37,536. At an elevation of 4,865 feet, Rexburg has snowy winters and warm green summers.
Rexburg covers just over 5 square miles. fertile farmland and rich green acreage surround the beautiful city.
Education - Rexburg is home to privately owned BYU-I, a four year college with a growing population of over 14,000. Rexburg welcomes "Sunbirds" in the summertime, retirees who enjoy the warm summer days and cool summer nights. Madison School District 321 house 2 high schools, a junior high, a middle school and 6 elementary schools.
Parks & Recreation - Rexburg Parks boasts 8 different parks including a newly developed water park. Teton Golf Course boast a 27 hole course. With Rexburgs ever-changing seasons there is something to do at all times. National Parks, Jackson Hole, mountain biking, rivers and streams for fishing all just at your finger tips. The St. Anthony Sand Dunes are approximately ten minutes away. Dunes up to 400 feet high attract ATV's, dune buggies & trail bikers from throughout the West.
